Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
We currently ship to 28 countries worldwide! To give you the fairest pricing, our international shipping rates are calculated based on your total order amount.
All international orders have an estimated transit time of 5 to 8 business days.

Multiple Packages If your order contains multiple items (such as different types of filament or printer parts), they may be dispatched from different warehouse locations to get them to you as quickly as possible. In this case, you may receive your items in separate packages on different days.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please note that it can take 2–5 business days for the carrier to scan the package and for tracking information to update in the system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your destination country. Dart3D is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
Lost or Undelivered Packages If your package is significantly delayed or you believe it is lost in transit, please contact us at dart3d.contact@gmail.com. We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue for you.
