Pro-Tip: Printing Silk PETG is all about balancing the shine with the strength! To get the absolute brightest, most metallic luster, you need to print slow and hot (around 240°C at 30-40mm/s). However, PETG loves to "string" when printed hot. To get the perfect, string-free glossy finish, you must ensure this filament is bone dry before printing. Keep it in a heated dry box, and keep your part-cooling fan very low (under 30%) to ensure those beautiful shiny layers bond together like concrete!
